DC Court of Appeals Smacks Down IRS (again)

After nearly two years of litigation, the second most powerful court in the nation ruled 3-0 in our favor, affirming the district court's ruling from last year.

We'll see if the IRS appeals to the Supreme Court or the entire appeals court, but it is looking more likely that this illegal power grab by the IRS has been stopped and 350,000 tax preparers have been spared unneeded expense and hassle.
