Sometimes the little guy prevails, and today is one of those days. We just found out from our lawyer that the courts have struck down the IRS's illegal scheme to regulate tax preparers and the IRS is permanently enjoined from enforcing the RTRP regulations.
We'll see what happens when the IRS appeals (assuming they will). But for now we won the first battle.
